Debra has a Bachelor's degree in English and a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology. She is a quick and creative thinker who understands the necessity for planning and also the importance of flexibility.
While Debra is a natural leader, she thrives in team settings and values the opinions and insights of others. She comes to Gateway with nearly two decades of combined professional experience in business management and secondary education.
Debra’s ability to empathize and her heart for service has proven to be her most effectual attributes as she strives to make meaningful connections and positive impacts in the lives of those around her.
Gateway clients can rest assured that she will work hard to ensure their missions are fulfilled, as her sole purpose for grant writing is to positively affect the lives of those most underserved and to change communities for the better. She is a mother of three amazing children and a brand new “GiGi” to the most beautiful baby girl.
