Tracie is a management consultant with over 25 years of experience in leadership, budgets and P&L management, staff development, process improvement, fundraising, and sales. She has served at the highest levels, holding VP and Director positions, responsible for multi-million dollar contracts, fundraising and development. In the Fall of 2018, she left the corporate world to become a full-time consultant, specializing in small business growth and development. Her strength in problem solving has aided many small businesses and nonprofits in delivering significant, sustainable results in profit growth, employee development, and customer satisfaction. Tracie connected with Faith and Ashley through Rebecca Wallace of the Community Foundation for the CSRA in July of 2020, and the business coaching services were born. In her free time, she enjoys traveling throughout the US and abroad; but mostly she prefers visiting her only daughter who is attending college in Colorado.
